Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Civil Engineer for Hatch, a leading engineering firm serving mining, energy, and infrastructure projects. The role leads assigned civil teams through project completion, with responsibility for design quality, calculations, and contract documents. Work includes coordination with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead civil project teams through assigned project completion
Design bulk earthworks, site drainage, mine, and plant roads
Own QA/QC for calculations and contract documents




Manage discipline practice responsibilities for assigned scopes
Check and verify drawings and calculations rigorously
Requirements: Six or more years of civil engineering experience
Mining, energy, or infrastructure project experience
Civil Engineering degree with P.Eng. designation or eligibility
Experience with grading, stormwater, roads, and sanitary sewers
Hydrology, hydraulics, and civil design software experience
Bring civil leadership, earthworks expertise, and design quality experience to Hatch’s major Mississauga mining and infrastructure projects.
