Key Responsibilities: Drive customer AI hardware systems toward production readiness
Integrate, deploy, validate, and operate complete systems
Debug requests, kernel dispatch, drivers, networking, and hardware
Establish operating procedures and resolve customer system issues




Communicate technical trade-offs with customers and engineering teams
Requirements: Hands-on server hardware experience in datacenter environments
Complex hardware and software troubleshooting experience
Linux systems administration and operating-system debugging knowledge
Background as a Site Reliability, Systems, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineer
Python software engineering skills; C++ experience is a plus
