Own Canada’s largest parcel accounts with national sales leadership, RFP expertise, and bilingual executive communication. This role is Canada-wide and remote.
The Senior Key Account Manager will manage major express parcel operators while opening relationships across carriers, 3PLs, warehousing, grocers, and bottlers. You will sell integrated automation solutions involving sortation, conveyors, robotics, AS/RS, AMRs, and related software. Success depends on order intake, account profitability, and sustained leadership through lengthy pursuits. You will quarterback internal specialists, influence client requirements, and grow established accounts through support agreements and upgrades. French and English are required for negotiation and presentations.
Key Responsibilities: Own named national express parcel accounts across Canada




Develop new opportunities with carriers and industrial customers
Help clients define requirements and write RFPs
Lead 9–16 month pursuits with cross-functional teams
Expand accounts through upgrades and support agreements
Requirements: 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales or account management experience
Large integrated solution sales success in relevant industries
Full qualified fluency in French and English
Strong RFP process experience, ideally helping write requirements
Executive presence from warehouse floor through boardroom
Use bilingual communication and complex solution-selling experience to grow parcel automation accounts and profitable Canadian customer relationships.
