Key Responsibilities: Co-facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups and workshops
Create safe, inclusive, trauma-informed learning environments
Support skills development in mental health and relationships
Adapt content for diverse participant needs




Maintain confidential participant documentation and records
Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychotherapy, or related field
Registration with a relevant regulatory body
Experience facilitating therapeutic or skills-based groups
Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
Availability for evening work and Vulnerable Sector Check
