As Manulife’s Lead Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Solutions Engineer, you will engage business segments and technical teams. You will guide Power Platform architecture, development, and security practices. The work includes Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure services, and Dynamics 365 solutions. You will help establish repeatable integration and configuration patterns across enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities: Train global teams through Power Platform development and security workshops
Guide architects and developers on Power Platform architecture principles
Review designs, objectives, and technologies; propose aligned modifications




Create repeatable integration and configuration patterns with enterprise architects
Deliver governed, compliant Power Platform services across Manulife
Requirements: At least 10 years of cloud development experience
Five years developing Power Platform or Dynamics 365 solutions
Five years as solutions architect or lead engineer
Two years using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Power Platform CLI
Expert Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate knowledge
