Key Responsibilities: Implement end-to-end features across backend and frontend systems
Develop API endpoints, background jobs, and integrations
Maintain code quality through testing and reviews
Improve platform performance and resolve root issues
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Requirements: Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React
