Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily and long-term Property department operations
Develop and execute the department business strategy
Underwrite profitable current and renewal business
Lead, mentor, and empower department colleagues




Strengthen broker, client, and Head Office relationships
Requirements: 10+ years of property underwriting experience
Strong Property policy wording and underwriting knowledge
Bachelor's degree and CIP designation required
Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
English communication skills; French or German is an asset
