Our financial services client is seeking a Security Specialist IV (5+ years experience) to provision security rules using Palo Alto, Guardicore, Netskope, and firewall policy orchestration

Join a large-scale banking environment supporting enterprise firewall and security delivery initiatives across on-premises and cloud environments. This role focuses on provisioning security rules, supporting business application deployments, and implementing firewall policy adjustments and assessments. The position supports critical security operations within a global enterprise workplace and offers long-term contract potential.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite, could change in the future.

Must Haves

5+ years with Firewall Technologies in enterprise environments

Palo Alto , Guardicore , and/or Netskope

Automation and ServiceNow experience

ITIL V3 certification and strong troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have

CISCO routing

Tufin policy orchestration tool

Akamai, Shape (F5), or Zero Trust implementation exposure

Responsibilities

Provision security rules in support of business objectives across on-premises and cloud environments

Respond to business application deployments through security policy adjustments, implementations, and assessments

Deliver enterprise firewall solutions aligned with security architecture and network standards

Implement firewall, segmentation, and policy rules across platforms including Palo Alto, Guardicore, and related technologies

Support Tier 3 and Tier 4 firewall-related incidents and deployments

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, network, and application teams on firewall requirements and implementations

Ensure firewall implementations meet internal security and regulatory requirements
