Working under the Dining Services Manager or designate, you will cook, plate, and maintain kitchen sanitation. The position includes dietary restrictions, snack trays, inventory, and food temperature documentation. Robust knife, preparation, and fundamental baking skills support daily dining service.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and plate nutritious meals and snacks
Follow menus, sanitation, safety, and dietary requirements
Maintain clean preparation areas and kitchen equipment




Receive orders and control ingredient inventory
Complete food temperature checks and documentation
Requirements: Minimum grade 12 education
Minimum two years large volume cooking experience
Valid regional food handler’s certificate
Strong knife, preparation, and fundamental baking skills
Effective English communication and computerized ordering familiarity
