As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will expand Remitly’s next-generation Customer Success platform. You will create workflows and capabilities that improve customer and agent experiences. The work spans scalable software, AI applications, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Lead technical strategy for Customer Success Technology engineering
Contribute to architecture and long-term technical roadmaps
Architect frontend, backend, and agentic AI solutions
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Six or more years of team-based software engineering experience
Frontend and backend leadership experience
Experience leading engineers on large features
DevOps, CI/CD, and contemporary AI development tools experience
Bring senior software engineering leadership, scalable architecture, and AI development experience to Remitly’s Customer Success platform.
