This senior product development assignment supports an existing collection and future products. You will assess riding-position fit, refine construction, evaluate performance fabrics and trims, and translate feedback into practical factory instructions.
Key Responsibilities: Review current samples and technical documentation
Measure garments against specifications during fittings
Translate rider feedback into prioritized product improvements
Evaluate fabrics, zippers, grippers, labels, and other components
Confirm changes with manufacturing partners and follow commitments
Requirements: Experience developing cycling, outdoor, endurance, or performance sportswear
Pattern corrections supporting balance, mobility, and riding comfort
Practical sewing with stretch and technical performance fabrics
Experience working directly with factories
Solid project management, prioritization, and follow-up habits
Use cycling apparel expertise, fit judgment, and supplier coordination to move ALTORI products toward production.
