This Associate Director supports Agoda’s expanding travel business with product development advice and consumer-facing, cross-border regulatory guidance. You will work with Product, Commercial, and Finance stakeholders on launches, suppliers, legal risk, and practical business solutions. The remit includes flights, activities, travel packages, and related products.
Key Responsibilities: Advise on legal and regulatory matters across Agoda’s travel products
Draft, review, and negotiate supplier and technology agreements
Guide new products, features, and market deployments




Identify cross-functional risks and provide practical legal solutions
Lead and develop a team of senior lawyers
Requirements: Law Degree with 10+ years post-qualification experience
Private practice, in-house, or combined legal experience
Multinational corporation experience and autonomous working ability
Management and leadership experience with small-medium teams
Robust commercial, product, regulatory, and stakeholder skills
Bring product legal judgment, cross-border regulatory experience, and commercial awareness to Agoda’s evolving travel business.
