Advance dermatology pipeline science with AbbVie as a Medical Science Liaison based in Ontario or Quebec, supporting clinical trials across Canada.
This Medical Science Liaison develops relationships with external experts and investigators while strengthening AbbVie’s scientific credibility. The role supports phases 1 to 3 interventional trials, provides medical information, and reports to the Medical Advisor, Dermatology Pipeline. Dermatology knowledge, clinical research, and scientific presentation skills are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate dermatology clinical research at investigational sites
Partner with Site Management and Monitoring staff
Complete site engagements according to study plans




Present AbbVie pipeline science to investigators
Generate field intelligence on research opportunities
Requirements: PhD, PharmD, or MD required
Biotech or pharmaceutical industry business experience
Previous MSL experience preferred
Clinical research methods and regulatory knowledge
Valid driver’s license and passport
Use dermatology, clinical research, and communication expertise to support AbbVie’s pipeline studies and external scientific relationships across Canada.
