As Social Growth Lead, you will own Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn while producing content and briefing creators. You will manage UGC pipelines, expert and founder videos, Meta campaigns, and creative testing. The purpose is to grow Onix where its health and wellness audience already spends time.
Key Responsibilities: Find, brief, and manage creators for ongoing UGC programs
Own Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content strategy
Adapt expert and founder videos into effective social formats
Run Meta and other paid social campaigns
Track installs, signups, activations, and acquisition costs
Requirements: Create social content using current formats, sounds, and creators
Show consumer brand creator or UGC campaigns with results
Demonstrate fluency across Meta and paid social platforms
Understand the practical challenges of iOS measurement
Work in person from Old Montreal
Bring creator strategy, paid social fluency, and disciplined measurement to grow Onix’s activated user base.
