You will coach developers and QA analysts, shape a people-first engineering culture, and partner with product leaders to ensure delivery while maintaining high quality and strong DevOps practices.
You bring 8+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership, fluent French and English, and a track record of developing technical leaders in a SaaS workplace.
