Our client is a leading automotive-sector distributor seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for its team. The successful candidate will handle commercial leasing matters and ideally bring experience drafting commercial agreements and supporting M&A.; This position reports to the company’s Director, Legal.
Key Responsibilities: Handle commercial leasing matters for the business
Draft commercial agreements when required
Support matters involving mergers and acquisitions
Report to the company’s Director, Legal
Requirements: At least four years of relevant experience
Experience handling commercial leasing matters
Ideal exposure to drafting commercial agreements
Ideal exposure to mergers and acquisitions
Availability for GTA hybrid work
