Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, performance management, and staff development
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives

Coordinate multidisciplinary planning, design, and delivery teams
Support clients, proposals, mentoring, and quality assurance
Requirements: Skilled Engineer registration with APEGA
12+ years of transportation infrastructure engineering experience
Road and highway design and delivery experience
5+ years of transportation leadership experience
Proficiency in TAC, Alberta guidelines, CAD, and Civil 3D
