This senior leadership role directs the Canadian Employee and Individual Benefits business, spanning health, dental, and disability. You will guide leaders across administration, underwriting, sales, and client service. The mandate combines growth, operational performance, client experience, innovation, and AI-enabled transformation.
Key Responsibilities: Set business strategy and growth plans aligned with firm objectives
Lead operating-model transformation, innovation, and process simplification
Develop multidisciplinary leaders across advantages functions
Manage divisional P&L; performance and profitable growth
Monitor KPIs, partnerships,



contracts, and client escalations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
12+ years progressive leadership experience in employee benefits
Deep group and retiree benefits technical knowledge
Experience leading administration, underwriting, sales, and client service leaders
Commercial expertise in pricing, governance, margins, and P&L;
Shape Victor Canada’s benefits growth through strategic leadership, operational modernization, commercial discipline, and AI-enabled solutions.
