Key Responsibilities: Deliver the FPSO Operations Readiness Execution Plan
Lead in-country readiness teams across disciplines
Align project, commissioning, and operations design inputs
Manage pre-operations CAPEX and budget submissions
Support handover, RFSA, and technical assurance activities
Requirements: Master's or bachelor's degree in relevant engineering
Relevant experience may replace educational requirements
Experience in oil and gas operational management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills for readiness activities
