Umicore seeks a Senior Financial Controller with at least five years of progressive financial management and supervisory experience. You will lead finance staff, oversee reporting under GAAP and company policies, and support business decisions through analysis. The position requires knowledge of cost accounting, forecasting, inventory controls, and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Key Responsibilities: Lead finance teams and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Oversee inventory counts, reconciliations, valuation, and controls




Support SAP reporting and troubleshoot business-system issues
Provide financial insight supporting growth and sales activities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
Five years of progressive financial management and supervisory experience
Manufacturing experience with reporting, forecasting, and cost accounting
ERP experience, preferably SAP, with advanced Excel proficiency
Leadership, analytical, communication, and prioritization abilities
