Lead Prysmian’s Canadian people strategy through labor relations and HR leadership. This onsite role requires regular travel throughout Canada as business needs require.
As Country Human Resources Manager, you will partner with Canadian and North American leaders to advance organizational performance. You will lead the Canadian HR team, advise on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and change management. The role also supports HR programs across compensation, perks, payroll, talent acquisition, and development.
Key Responsibilities: Align Canadian people strategies with business objectives
Lead, develop, and empower the Canadian HR team
Advise leaders on workforce planning and organizational design
Strengthen succession pipelines and develop future leaders




Lead collective bargaining, union partnerships, and grievance management
Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
Bilingual English and French proficiency
At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
Three to five years’ labor and employee relations experience
Experience with Workday, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement
Bring strategic HR leadership, bilingual communication, and labor relations expertise to Prysmian’s Canadian manufacturing operations.
