As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, niche, and hard-to-fill roles across the United States and Canada. You will advise hiring managers, define requirements, build proactive pipelines, and support long-term workforce planning. The work includes recruiting technology, inclusive hiring, and recruiting metrics.

Requirements: Five or more years of progressive recruiting experience

Expertise with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM systems
Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
