Lead Agape Table’s mission in Winnipeg through strategic leadership, nonprofit operations, fundraising, and community engagement as Executive Director.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, this Executive Director guides organizational strategy, daily operations, and sustainable service delivery. The role leads employees and volunteers while overseeing programs, financial resources, fundraising initiatives, and community partnerships. It requires an active presence with stakeholders and occasional evening or weekend commitments.
Key Responsibilities: Advance Agape Table’s mission, values, and strategic goals
Partner with the Board on plans and governance
Oversee programs, facilities, food distribution, and resources
Lead employees and volunteers through development and support




Represent Agape Table with community partners and stakeholders
Requirements: Progressive nonprofit, charitable, community, or social services leadership experience
Experience with strategic planning and operational management
Financial management, budgeting, and sustainability experience
Fundraising, grant development, and donor relations experience
Board governance and community partnership experience
Bring compassionate leadership, financial stewardship, and community collaboration to Agape Table’s Winnipeg-based Executive Director role.
