Our client is seeking a Commercial & Farm Insurance Broker to join a busy team in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. This is a hybrid role, you’ll take on a portion of an established book and support a mix of commercial and farm clients ranging from hobby farms to larger, more complex operations.

Compensation

Base salary based on experience between$60,000–$75,000, negotiable

Responsibilities

Service, quote, and advise commercial and farm clients (property, auto, farm risks)

Manage relationships across an existing book of business

Handle renewals, endorsements, coverage reviews, and day-to-day client support

Support walk-in clients and collaborate closely with the team

Contribute to new business through relationship management and community presence





Qualifications

Must have Alberta insurance license Level 1, Level 2 preferred

Commercial insurance brokerage experience

Farm insurance experience strongly preferred

Ideally 3–5 years experience across commercial property, commercial auto, and farm

EPIC experience is a strong asset

Solid client service, relationship management, and communication skills

Comfortable working from the Wetaskiwin office on required in-office days
