Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, the Bus Driver supports operations for the Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education. The position involves transporting passengers on assigned routes and extracurricular trips, while maintaining safety and discipline. Daily vehicle care includes cleaning, washing, and pre-trip inspections. Basic First Aid and CPR training, experience driving school buses in diverse weather and road conditions, and a clean driving record are required.

- Operate seventy-two passenger school buses with air brakes




- Drive assigned routes throughout the Middleton area
- Complete extracurricular transportation trips as assigned
- Maintain passenger safety and discipline
- Clean, wash, and inspect vehicles daily

Requirements:

- Minimum age of 19 years
- Current Nova Scotia Operator’s License Class 2B
