This full-time position centers exclusively on patient care without dispensing responsibilities. You will use prescribing authority and clinical expertise while supporting chronic disease management, specialty therapies, and community healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assessments and common ailments prescribing through pharmacist-led walk-in clinics
- Support patients with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, COPD, and asthma
- Deliver medication assessments, care plans, prescribing, adapting, and renewals
- Provide injections, immunizations,



medication teaching, and disease education
- Follow up with patients and optimize ongoing medication therapies

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
- Registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacists
- Authorization to administer medications by injection
- Additional Prescribing Authority certification or commitment to obtain
- Explicit communication, organization, multitasking, and relationship-building skills
