Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and launch ads, landing pages, motion graphics, and social assets
- Develop visual language for Phoenix growth campaigns
- Turn performance insights into design strategy

Requirements:

- Five or more years as a visual or marketing designer
- Deep experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
