Supervise lift operations at Sun Peaks while working outdoors, leading teams, and serving guests from around the world. This position requires physical presence.

As Lift Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate daily lift operations, oversee passenger ropeways and conveyors, and support seasonal staff. The work combines proven leadership, guest service, safety procedures, and knowledge of Z-98 requirements. You will respond to incidents, manage operational readiness, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily lift operations team activities
- Ensure secure operation of passenger ropeways and conveyors
- Assist with hiring and training seasonal staff
- Respond to lift, guest, and staff incidents
- Manage operational equipment and supply inventory

Requirements:

- At least one previous season as Senior Lift Operator
- Proven supervisory and guest service skills
- Knowledge of passenger ropeway operations and Z-98 code
- Valid British Columbia Class 5 driver's license
- Ability to lift 20 kilograms during heavy repetitive work
