Responsibilities include merchandising, selling behaviors, product availability, coaching, and daily workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute visual standards within the PINK business
- Bring product storytelling and selling behaviors to life
- Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards
- Partner with Operations Leaders on product readiness
- Coach associates through zoning, team selling, and personal selling

Requirements:

- Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand
- Excellent merchandising skills and customer focus
- Experience influencing cross-functional partners
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and versatile schedules
- One-plus years of retail leadership experience preferred
