GardaWorld is seeking an accomplished Managing Director, Corporate Development to define and execute a high-impact M&A; agenda worldwide. You will lead the full transaction lifecycle from evaluation through closing, integration and value realization, while guiding a 6–9 person team and interfacing with senior leadership.
Fluency in French and English is required, with domestic and international travel as part of the role. Montreal location, fall 2026 start.
