Key Responsibilities: Provide technical oversight for PLC, HMI, and robotics programming
Manage workloads, schedules, resources, budgets, and project deliverables
Coordinate programming with multidisciplinary operational departments
Lead, coach, and develop programming team members
Improve programming standards, processes, documentation, and quality practices




Requirements: Technical degree, diploma, or equivalent industry experience
Minimum 10 years’ progressive industrial automation experience
Minimum 3 years’ technical leadership or people management experience
Knowledge of Rockwell, Siemens, Omron, and industrial robotics platforms
Understanding of automation integration, machine safety, and commissioning
