As a ServiceNow CSM and OMT Architect, you will design and deliver end-to-end solutions. The contract supports Customer Service Management and Telecommunications Order Management. You will translate business requirements, guide technical decisions, and coordinate stakeholders, technical teams, and integration specialists throughout implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead ServiceNow CSM and OMT solution architecture and technical design
Deliver order management, orchestration, and fulfilment workflows
Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
Oversee OSS/BSS, CRM,



and enterprise system integrations
Support testing, deployment, and implementation activities
Requirements: Solid ServiceNow Solution Architect or Technical Architect experience
Hands-on ServiceNow Telecommunications Order Management experience
Specific OMT implementation and complex order management experience
Strong ServiceNow Customer Service Management knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
