Lead demand generation and paid performance for Minga, using funnel analytics and unit economics to grow qualified pipeline. The role includes remote or Kelowna HQ work.
As Director of Marketing and Growth, you will lead Minga’s full marketing team across Events, Brand, Design, Organic Growth and SEO, Content, and Email Marketing. You will own customer acquisition, marketing performance, and the full funnel from first impression through expansion. Success is measured through qualified pipeline, CAC, payback period, and marketing’s contribution to revenue.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the full multidisciplinary marketing team
Own demand generation, paid performance, and customer acquisition
Manage funnel analytics, attribution, budget, and marketing ROI
Set paid search, paid social, SEO,



and AI search strategy
Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product, Finance, and Customer Experience
Requirements: Six-plus years in growth or performance marketing
Three-plus years leading multidisciplinary marketing teams
Experience scaling SaaS, EdTech, or B2B businesses
Mastery of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and up-to-date search
Fluency with Google Analytics, HubSpot or Salesforce, Tableau or Looker, and Excel
Bring data-led marketing leadership, paid acquisition expertise, and commercial discipline to Minga’s growth engine and education market.
