As a Human Resources Business Partner Manager, you will support AVPs and District Managers across regional businesses. You will develop people strategies, advise leaders, and connect HR programs with business objectives. The work spans talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop people strategies aligned with regional business strategies
Facilitate workforce planning, succession, promotion, and talent discussions
Provide strategic advice and recommendations on talent programs
Deliver change readiness and organization effectiveness initiatives




Support onboarding and transition of critical regional talent
Requirements: Bilingual English and French communication skills
Five to seven years of relevant HR business partner experience
Degree or diploma in human resources, business, or related studies
Knowledge of talent, performance, workforce planning, and employee relations
Robust consulting, problem-solving, data, and analytics skills
