Key Responsibilities: Conduct labour and employment due diligence for corporate transactions
Review employment and service agreements, covenants, and compensation plans
Advise clients on policies, collective agreements, and employment matters
Support share and asset acquisitions with Corporate colleagues




Provide strategic advice to national and international clients
Requirements: Three to five years of Labour and Employment Law experience
Membership in good standing with the Quebec Bar
Solid analytical, drafting, and interpersonal skills
Collaborative approach to complex transactional matters
Bilingual French and English communication and advisory abilities
