As Internal Communications Manager, you will develop strategies aligned with business objectives, Mars Snacking’s Canadian agenda, Purpose, and Five Principles. The role requires corporate internal communications experience, polished presentations, and robust writing. You will translate objectives into accessible language while supporting engagement and positive behavior change.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strategies supporting culture and continuous improvement
Align Associates with vision and corporate objectives
Deliver Town Halls, webcasts, and executive announcements
Create intranet content,



speeches, videos, and scripts
Measure initiative success and uncover new channels
Requirements: University degree or equivalent preferred
Five-plus years of corporate internal communications experience
Strong composure, presentation skills, and professional polish
Ability to manage projects and confidential information
Understanding of two-way, pull, and push communications
Bring strategic communications, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills to Mars Canada’s North American Associate communications.
