Key Responsibilities: Develop editorial vision, strategy and innovative distribution approaches
Oversee profiles, investigative features and original storytelling
Mentor newsroom talent and guide commissioning processes
Use analytics to inform editorial and digital decisions




Lead University Rankings and Maclean’s Ideas Summit franchises
Requirements: Senior leadership experience at a major publication
Robust understanding of audience development and subscription models
Ability to manage diverse journalists and creative professionals
Experience managing budgets and collaborating across departments
Bilingual English and French is a strong asset
