Deliver person-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse, using clinical judgment and care coordination in a resident-focused setting.
Reporting to the Director of Care, this Licensed Practical Nurse provides goal-directed care aligned with provincial standards. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while supporting residents’ dignity and well-being. The work includes assessments, documentation, medications, treatments, and care planning.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate care documentation
Implement and evaluate care plans as required
Provide direct nursing care and administer treatments
Manage medications and narcotics within legislation




Respond to condition changes and medical emergencies
Requirements: Current Licensed Practical Nurse registration in applicable province or state
Strong clinical knowledge and care coordination skills
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management
Electronic documentation and Microsoft Office proficiency
