JMC Aviation supports a global engine MRO provider serving emergency services, law enforcement, military, agricultural, industrial, and tourism customers. This senior role focuses on maintenance, repair, overhaul, inspection, and troubleshooting. You will work with Canadian Aviation Regulations, manufacturer manuals, and company MPM procedures while supporting reliability and customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble engines and modules
Troubleshoot malfunctions and recommend repairs or replacements
Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools




Document work according to FAA and company requirements
Coordinate technical issues with Quality Assurance and Engineering
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of hands-on applicable engine experience
Technical knowledge of turbine engine maintenance processes
Understanding of TCCA compliance, airworthiness, and traceability
Robust communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work safely with appropriate PPE
Apply senior turbine engine expertise, troubleshooting ability, and documentation knowledge to Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 maintenance.
