As Senior Product Proposition Manager, you will connect customer needs with portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, and commercialization. You will represent North American enterprise customers across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, and Partnerships. Your work will translate insight into propositions, investment recommendations, and growth actions.
Key Responsibilities: Define United States and Canadian proposition strategy
Lead merchant and prospect engagement to identify unmet needs
Influence roadmaps through proposition requirements and business cases
Prepare value propositions, sales enablement,



and launch alignment
Represent Worldpay with merchants, partners, and industry stakeholders
Requirements: Five or more years of relevant experience
Deep payments, financial technology, or regulated technology experience
Solid knowledge of North American payments dynamics
Executive-level communication and decision-ready narrative skills
Ability to lead through influence across matrixed teams
Bring payments expertise, customer credibility, and strategic influence to Worldpay’s North America Enterprise Product team.
