As a DevOps Consultant within CIBC’s Alternate Solutions Group, you will support project and regression-test environments. You will help deliver projects on time and within budget while optimizing code development and delivery. Collaboration spans application development, quality assurance, operations, infrastructure, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain build and automated deployment systems
Develop code, artifacts, Docker images, and deployment scripts
Configure middleware platforms and provide on-call application support
Maintain CI/CD systems and version control strategies




Document deployment, configuration, monitoring, and infrastructure automation processes
Requirements: More than six years of IT industry experience
Experience with Go, Java, Python, or NodeJS development
Understanding of JVM configuration, tuning, and DevOps principles
Experience with Linux, shell scripting, Git, and GitHub
Experience with build tools, networks, load balancers, and firewalls
Apply DevOps consulting, CI/CD, middleware, and application development expertise to CIBC’s Toronto technology setting.
