Key Responsibilities: Advise entrepreneurs on strategic business matters
Handle incorporations and corporate reorganizations
Prepare shareholders’ agreements and commercial trusts
Support business sales, acquisitions, and commercial financing
Manage restructuring mandates for business clients
Requirements: Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec
At least three years of business law experience
Strong autonomy, rigour, and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build relationships and manage files independently
