Lead Lennon Recovery House in Rustico, PE, overseeing nonprofit operations, strategic planning, staff, volunteers, and recovery services. English communication is required.
The Executive Director provides organizational leadership while working closely with the Board of Directors. This permanent full-time role guides policies, budgets, fundraising, compliance, programs, and stakeholder relationships. Knowledge of addiction recovery services and healthcare systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and strategic direction
Oversee daily operations, staff, and volunteers
Manage budgets, cashflow, and financial statements
Develop funding opportunities and fundraising strategies
Represent the organization publicly and report to the Board
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least five years’ leadership experience
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Budget management and fundraising strategy experience
Valid driver’s license and required background checks
