Plan and organize daycare program delivery
Hire and train professional and non-qualified staff
Direct and advise supervised staff
Prepare reports and briefs for committees
Requirements: College or CEGEP education, or equivalent experience
Two to less than three years of experience
English-language workplace communication
Ability to supervise five to ten people
Ability to work under pressure onsite
Support daycare programs through staff leadership, administrative planning, budgeting, and conflict resolution at the physical workplace.
