As a Communications Advisor, you will support caisse managers and representatives with communications practices, programs, tools, and activities. You will contribute to annual planning, service quality monitoring, sponsorship analysis, social media content, event logistics, and reporting. Your work will help maintain the caisse and Desjardins Group’s positive image.
Key Responsibilities: Develop annual communications activities plans within allocated budgets
Advise managers on activities for client and community segments
Analyze sponsorship, donation, and fundraising requests




Produce information for local and internal newspapers
Manage social media content, comments, and interactions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum one year of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French is required
Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
