This full time contract supports transfer agent processing for a major investment and wealth management organization. You will manage service distribution queues, account setup, non financial requests, and account features. The assignment runs through April 2027, with weekday hours between 8:00AM and 8:00PM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support service distribution queues and transaction processing activities
- Process account setup, non financial requests, and account features
- Partner with project analysts or departmental subject matter experts




- Identify value added service opportunities for clients
- Document current end to end departmental processes

Requirements:

- Fluent English and French communication skills
- Solid computer and keyboarding skills
- Previous customer service or administrative experience
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt
- Financial industry experience is an asset
