The IWS Team Lead reports to the IWS Manager within DHL Global Forwarding’s freight forwarding organization. You will coordinate IWS operations, collaborate with Ocean, Air, Warehouse, and Finance, and support customer service requirements. The position requires solid IWS process knowledge, people leadership, and timely decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize, split, and plan daily IWS team work
- Ensure documents comply with regulations and internal procedures
- Follow up on customer issues across the department
- Monitor supplier performance and develop improvement plans
- Maintain team KPI reporting and skills databases

Requirements:

- Extensive knowledge of IWS operations, processes, and systems
- Three to five years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and make prompt decisions
- Minimum secondary diploma; college or trade accreditation preferred
