Coordinate international transportation and customs activities onsite in Laval, using French and English to support customer product availability. This twelve-month assignment may extend.

The Traffic and Customs Coordinator manages incoming and outgoing shipments, remote-region service, customs questions, delays, and transport documentation. The coordinator works with brokers, forwarders, carriers, hubs, Receiving, Supply Chain Planning, and other internal stakeholders. SAP, Excel, and Canadian customs knowledge support the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and follow up international incoming shipments
- Organize remote, urgent, and non-standard transportation activities
- Investigate transport complaints and document corrective actions
- Resolve import and export customs problems
- Monitor inquiries, shipment temperatures, archives, and transportation data

Requirements:

- DES or equivalent education
- Two to three years in transport and customs
- French and English bilingual proficiency
- Excel knowledge required
- SAP, CCS, and Canadian customs experience assets
