The District of Saanich seeks casual Instructor I - Gymnastics staff for its Recreation Division. Under general direction, you will provide direct instruction, leadership, and program support. The work includes class preparation, participant feedback, attendance records, and safe equipment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare gymnastics class spaces and equipment
- Develop content for assigned gymnastics classes
- Welcome participants and provide encouraging feedback
- Maintain accurate attendance records
- Store equipment safely and maintain clean environments

Requirements:

- Completion of Grade 10
- Three months of related instructional experience
- Satisfactory Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector check
- Emergency First Aid and CPR-C may be required
- Availability primarily Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Support secure gymnastics instruction, participant confidence, and inclusive recreation programming as an Instructor I at Gordon Head Recreation Centre.
