Planet Ford, part of Performance Auto Group, seeks a Used Car Sales Manager for its established automotive dealership. You will support General Sales and General Managers while guiding Used Car Sales Consultants. The work centers on sales goals, revenue, profitability, customer retention, and compliant department operations.
Key Responsibilities: Plan department goals and objectives with senior sales leadership
Support sales staff performance, morale, and product knowledge
Handle customer complaints and protect customer satisfaction




Assign staff efficiently and meet expected customer demand
Report performance achievements and control department operations
Requirements: Three to five years of automotive management experience
Retail motor vehicle sales experience
OMVIC Certification and dealer CRM experience
Business Administration degree or diploma
Valid Ontario Driver's License and positive driving record
